Please note that the time for you to receive your order is calculated as follows: 

Receipt Time=Order Processing Time + Logistics Transit Time + Local Delivery Time.

1. Order Processing Time:

Upon payment confirmation, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your order placement.

If any modifications are required, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Orders cannot be modified beyond this timeframe.

We typically process orders within 3 business days for shipping.

However, for certain custom orders or due to limited stock availability, processing may extend up to 5 business days.

 

2. Track Shipment Status

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping notification containing the tracking number and instructions for tracking will be sent to your registered email address associated with your order.

To track your package's delivery status, you can click on the Logistics Tracking Website and enter the tracking number provided in the email to check your parcel's shipping progress.

Please ensure to check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received any emails.

 

3. Shipping Costs:

Standard Shipping: $4.99 per order;

Free shipping for orders of 3 items or more.

Shipping is available to mainland USA (excluding islands), Canada, and Australia.

For a few countries with higher shipping costs such as Iceland, Morocco, Vatican City, Montenegro, shipping charges will be calculated based on the number of items ordered and the destination country. Please refer to the actual charges displayed during checkout.

 

4. Shipping Time:

  • USA: 7-10 business days

  • Canada: 10-15 business days

Please note:

  • The mentioned time frames are for transit time only and do not include local delivery time.
  • Shipping delays may occur during holidays, Black Friday sales, extreme weather conditions, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding during such instances.
